The Poriers are working with Converge Worldwide  to work on building a passion for Christian Youth Discipleship and Leadership Training in Estonia.  They are partnering with a local church in Tartu, Estonia to further develop and strengthen its youth program, connecting and building a framework that may be used in other churches to begin youth ministries in their communities. They have a strong emphasis on building relationships in order to teach and mentor youth and young adults in leadership and spiritual growth.  Estonia is a country with 1.3 million people.  Less than 2 percent are evangelical Christians.
